PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING
Makes 6 Servings
- 2/3 cup (63 g) chia seeds
- 1 can Native Forest Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 5-6 Dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 scoops of Natural Flavor Sunwarrior Rice Protein
- 2 tbsp of Great Lakes Gelatin
Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend together until well combined and smooth.
Place in mason jars or glass containers of your choice.
Place in the fridge overnight until set (or at least 3 hours). Eat!
They keep for about a week in the fridge.
