Incorporating a little bit of a detox into your daily routine doesn’t have to be overly complicated. Don’t sweat it if you’re not quite ready for a full juice cleanse or some other form of detox plan. Small changes make a big impact on your well being, and starting your day on a healthy note often means that you’ll be more health conscious throughout the rest of your day.
One great way to get a little detox first thing in the morning is to begin your day with a glass of room temperature water with the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon.

In order to get the most of your lemon water, ideally you want to use a whole or half organic lemon, in order to reduce your toxic load and be sure to use warm/room temperature water other wise your body has to work to bring in down to it’s warm internal temperature.
