Who doesn’t love bread?! I certainly love the taste, but I hate how it makes me feel and what it does to my gut, so I pretty much avoid it completely.
It’s so easy to become a slave to bread. Toast for breakfast, a sandwich at lunch, and even bread with dinner. If you eat bread often it can be hard to even imagine a day without it. But bread can take a huge toll on our digestive system. It’s generally refined so it turns into sugar quickly, and it’s often loaded with lots of ingredients you can’t even pronounce.
Eating bread often means you are filling up on it, rather than more nourishing foods you should be filling up on!
If giving up eating so much bread is a goal of yours, then it doesn’t have to be that hard, a few weeks and you’ll be out of the habit, and these grain free recipes will help you do that.
This bread is grain free, gluten free and vegetable oil free. Plus it contains healthy fats, is high in fiber and protein and easy on the gut! So basically, the perfect bread.
